Currently our company is in a strong position to export the (9) grades of rock phosphate ores of different qualities to worldwide markets and customers upon their demands starting by either one single tentative contracted shipment or by long term counter signed export contracts upon a mutual agreed shipping schedule with a competitive prices revised and updated once monthly upon the international prevailing prices and market demand in comparison with other international rock phosphate sources as per the attached business support letter and signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) letter according to the following business terms:
(1) Packing: bulk shipments only.
(2) The nominal production and capacity of Phosphate Misr Company of different qualities of rock phosphate ores mainly originated from Abou Tartour mines in specific is (300 – 500) thousand metric tons.
(3) Our regular monthly export quota to worldwide markets is about (250) two hundred fifty thousand metric tons to be supplied upon the signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) and the export potential letters related to “Misr Phosphate Company” which are distributed in quality and quantity wise as follows:
– Maximum monthly export capacity of (24,25,26, 27,28 & 29 % P2O5) grades in specific is (200000) two hundred thousand metric tons of each grade noting that larger quantities can be exported but need to have a minimum of (2) months in advance as grace time for technical consultation and mutual coordination with the high management of “Misr Phosphate Company” as the vessel’s logistics facilities, rearrangement of the annual mining plan, readiness of other loading seaports located either on the red sea or Mediterranean sea, storage areas and warehouses at the loading seaports to exactly determine the production and export capabilities as per the customer’s demand.
– Export capacity of (30 & 31 % P2O5) grades is (25000) twenty-five thousand metric tons maximum of each grade.
– Export capacity of (32 % P2O5) grade in specific is (5 – 10) five to ten thousand metric tons if available.
(4) Basic typical homogeneous particle size distribution for these grades is: (- 2 mm of 90% ratio) and (+2 mm of 10% ratio) respectively.
(5) Other particle size distributions higher than (2) mm of rock phosphate grades originated from Abou Tartour region are not available due to their high natural friability plus the long inland transportation by trucks from the mining sites to the nominated loading seaports (approximate distance 3000 km) that may eventually cause fractured and non – homogeneous particle sizes.
(6) Main contracted loading seaport currently operating on the Mediterranean Sea and serving west of Suez markets is:
Damietta with 8 loading terminals and maximum vessel’s load 55 thousand metric tons / terminal at daily loading rate 6000 metric tons.
(7) Main contracted loading seaports currently operating on the red sea and serving east of Suez markets are:
(A) AL Adabiya with 7 loading terminals and maximum vessel’s load 55 thousand metric tons / terminal and daily loading rate 8000 metric tons.
(B) Ain AL Sukhna 7 loading terminals and maximum vessel’s load 55 thousand metric tons / terminal and daily loading rate 8000 metric tons.
(8) Typical test samples of (2 kg) as per the nominated particle size distribution can be sent by courier upon the customer’s request on our account as assortment of different qualities with full updated certificate of analysis (COA) for in advance quality detection.
(9) The technical data sheets for the (9) exportable grades were recently conducted and updated in September 2021 by the approved laboratories related to SGS surveillance company (website: www.sgs.com) in Egypt for all chemical parameters including the heavy and toxic elements.
(10) Sampling and full inspection (quality and quantity wise) to be conducted by the SGS surveillance company for each contracted shipment on our company’s account either at the mining areas or at the nominated shipping seaport.
(11) Handling and logistics activities in each of the aforementioned seaports are exclusively carried out by Sescotrans company

(12) Prices are quoted in US dollars based on F.O.B basis only at the nominated loading seaports as per article (6 & 7).
(13) Price quotations based on CIF final destination port is not possible due to current fluctuations in ocean freight rates.
(14) Deferred or down payment methods are totally rejected either by our company or by “Misr Phosphate Company”.
(15) The buyer’s company is exclusively fully responsible for chartering and charging his own shipping vessels.
(16) Quoted price validity is not more than (10) ten working days starting from our official full corporate offer FCO date and renewable upon the customer’s demand and the current international market prevailing prices.
(17) Approved payment method is by irrevocable confirmed transferable letter of credit (L/C) with validity of (60 – 90) days depending on the total and monthly contracted quantity, delivery time, final destination port / country, daily loading rate and payable (100 %) at sight to our company’s favor against presentation of the original authenticated shipping documents printed in English language only as follows:
(A) Packing list.
(B) Cargo Manifest.
(C) Commercial invoice.
(D) Country of origin certificate.
(E) Bill of lading (B/L) certificate.
(F) Full certificate of analysis (COA) conducted by the SGS surveillance company at the nominated loading seaport.
(18) Our company bank details: Banque Misr – Egypt, SWIFT code BMISEGCXXXX.
(19) Currently our company can export other compound fertilizers from Egypt to worldwide markets depending on their market prices and local availability as follows:
(A) NPK.
(B) Ammonium Sulphate.
(C) Di Ammonium Phosphate (DAP).
(D) Urea (prilled and granular) grades.
(E) Granular single and triple super phosphate (GSSP & GTSP).
